At the end of the intervention, the delegate will be able to do the following:

  • Write effectively using any of the following formats:
    • Report
    • Business letter
    • E-mail
    • Minutes of Meetings
  • Understand correct use of language and grammar
  • Understand the implications of poorly-written correspondence
  • Ensure clarity and correctness at all times
  • Focus on the objective of the letter/report
  • Suit the style of the communication to the reader’s needs

This is a highly practical course and each theoretical concept will be followed by a practical exercise to be completed by each delegate as we believe that effective, memorable learning is experiential.

Delegates are entitled to post-training telephonic and e-mail support for 6 months following the training.
